couvrir. Il faut les laisser gonfler au minimum 15min, voir plus. Pensez \u00e0 les remuer de temps en temps.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer les l\u00e9gumes (carottes, oignon, 2 gousses d\u2019ail, c\u00e9leri) : \u00e9pluchez-les, et passez les au mixeur pour obtenir l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de petits d\u00e9s (pour les flemmards comme moi, pour les autres vous pouvez les d\u00e9biter en petits morceaux au couteau !)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Faites chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et faire revenir les l\u00e9gumes une dizaine de minutes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Laisser cuire 3-4min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 absorption\/\u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ajoutez les herbes et faire revenir encore 2-3min.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ajouter les PST AVEC l\u2019eau et la sauce soja qui restent et faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 absorption\/\u00e9vaporation compl\u00e8te (environ 10min)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-4746-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ajouter ensuite la sauce tomate et le concentr\u00e9 de tomate, ainsi que l\u2019eau, la gousse d\u2019ail press\u00e9e restante et le sucre, bien m\u00e9langer.
